1. No Data Collection

You acknowledge that the Application operates locally on your device and does not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on external servers managed by the Developer. You are responsible for backing up your own device data.

2. Purchases & Refunds

• Transactions: The Developer does not handle payments. All purchases are processed securely by the Apple App Store.
• Refunds: All sales are final. The Developer has no technical ability to issue refunds. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple Support in accordance with their policies.
• Lifetime Access: "Lifetime" refers to the lifespan of the Application's availability on the App Store.

3. Age Restriction & Content (16+)

Certain optional modes within the Application may contain mature themes ("Spicy" or "16+" content).

• Access: By accessing these modes, you confirm you are at least 16 years of age.
• Disclaimer: You acknowledge that mature content is subjective. You waive any right to claim that such content is offensive.
• Parental Responsibility: Parents are responsible for managing their children's device usage and restrictions via iOS System Settings.

4. User-Generated Content

If the Application allows you to create custom content locally:

• You retain full ownership of your content.
• The Developer does not monitor, view, or moderate content stored locally on your device.
• You agree not to use the Application to generate illegal content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOU USE THE APPLICATION ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST DATA OR DEVICE FAILURE) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Developer is based.
